A small group on Zoom, working the Formula together with the two of us. Lexie helps you clear what's in the way, Carol helps you build what's next, and you bring something real you want to move on.
The Lab keeps it moving, with steady company, honest check-ins, and help through the wobbly bits.
It runs in small rounds rather than rolling enrolment, and when the next one opens, the email list hears first. There are only ever a few places, so the list gets first pick.
